<p><strong>Biographical statement</strong></p><p>David Szafran is Secretary general of the Institute of Registered Auditors (Royal Institute) and Member of the Competition Council, the Anti-Trust Authority in Belgium.</p><p>He has a Law Degree at the University of Brussels &ndash; Faculty of Law (ULB)&nbsp;and a Master Degree in Economic Law at the ULB.
